While maintaining a full-time position at K2, I concurrently engaged in extensive freelance work within the real estate sector. Drawing upon my prior experience in the creative services division of John L. Scott, Inc., I harnessed that expertise to craft compelling marketing collateral and advertising campaigns for William Buchan Homes, a renowned world-class home builder. My responsibilities encompassed the creation of various promotional materials, including advertisements in Homes & Land Magazine, local newspaper ads, and realtor cards. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in promoting numerous developments across the Eastside of Lake Washington, including Alderra Estates, Aspen Meadows, and Snoqualmie Ridge. My contributions extended to crafting inventory cards, designing Brokers Open invitations, producing brochures, and implementing point-of-purchase (POP) displays within model homes.
